Scope

These terms apply to apps.shuoosbar.org, apps provided by Shuoer Studio, and Creator integrations that a user explicitly enables. The terms of each connected platform and the App Store also apply.

User actions and publishing

Review content and audience settings before any action that posts, shares, purchases, or connects an external service. Creator integrations process only the accounts and content selected and approved by the user. Availability, review, removal, and restrictions after publication are governed by each platform.

Prohibited use

• Use that violates law, third-party rights, or a connected platform's terms
• Unauthorized access, authentication bypass, spam, impersonation, or deceptive publication
• Uploading material, confidential data, or personal information without the required rights or permission

Content and intellectual property

Users retain rights in material they provide and must have the rights needed to process and send it to the selected destination. Rights in Shuoer Studio names, logos, websites, apps, and original content remain with their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

Services are provided as available. We do not guarantee third-party availability, specifications, review outcomes, reach, revenue, or other results. To the extent permitted by law, Shuoer Studio is not responsible for losses caused by user settings, user material, publication decisions, or third-party services.
